This requires operators to have skilled operation techniques and standardized procedures, prepare for prenatal technology and be familiar with drawings; At the same time, the production organizer is required to invest necessary personnel to form a production situation of quickly finishing and putting into boxes without delay or extra work. 3. After vapor-phase drying and vacuum oil immersion treatment, the machine body is reorganized. Vacuum oil immersion makes the transformer oil immerse into the fiber of insulating material, which hinders the entry of moisture, slows down the moisture absorption speed and increases the assembly time. However, the oil immersion time is short and can not completely soak the insulating material. 4. Re-enter the drying tank for heating, so as to raise the temperature of the body. Some products with complex structure can not finish finishing the casing within the specified time, but can not let the temperature of the body drop. Re-enter the tank for heating to raise the temperature of the body, so that the water vapor partial pressure of the insulation material is always higher than the ambient water vapor partial pressure, so that the insulation material will not absorb moisture.
