There are many kinds of transformer skeletons. The characteristics of different classes are not the same, transformer accessories.
They can be classified in many ways.
First, according to the cooling method:
(1) Dry-type transformer skeleton: it is cooled by air convection and is generally used for small-capacity transformer skeleton such as local lighting and electronic circuit.
(2) Oil-immersed transformer skeleton: oil is used as cooling medium, such as oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air cooling, oil-immersed water cooling, forced oil circulation, etc.
Second, according to the core form points:
(1) Core transformer framework: power transformer for high voltage.
(2) Amorphous alloy transformer skeleton: Amorphous alloy core transformer is a new type of magnetic conductive material, with no-load current reduced by about 80%. It is a distribution transformer with ideal energy-saving effect at present, especially suitable for rural power grid and developing areas with low load rate.
(3) Shell transformer framework: special transformers for high current, such as electric furnace transformers and welding transformers; Or a power transformer skeleton for electronic instruments, televisions, radios and the like.
Third, according to the purpose:
(1) Power transformer skeleton: used for voltage rise and fall of power transmission and distribution system.
(2) Instrument transformer framework: such as voltage transformer, current transformer, measuring instrument and relay protection device.
(3) Test transformer framework: it can generate high voltage, and conduct high voltage test on electrical equipment.
(4) Special transformer framework: such as electric furnace transformer, rectifier transformer and adjusting transformer.
Four, according to the number of phases:
(1) Single-phase transformer skeleton: used for single-phase load and three-phase transformer unit.
(2) Three-phase transformer skeleton: used for voltage rise and fall of three-phase system.
Five, according to the winding form:
(1) Double winding transformer skeleton: used to connect two voltage levels in the power system.
(2) Three-winding transformer skeleton: it is generally used in substations in power system areas and connects three voltage levels.
(3) Autotransformer skeleton: used to connect power systems with different voltages. It can also be used as a common step-up or step-down transformer skeleton.
