② rough edge treatment
This process is mainly aimed at bakelite skeleton. In order to smoothly exhaust the gas generated in the molding process, we need to add an exhaust groove on the mold, and the melted raw materials fill the exhaust groove under the action of high pressure, so we need to use a burr processor to treat burrs through a specific process. In the control of burrs, we need to measure the size of products to determine whether the size of the skeleton is affected by the thickness of burrs; In addition, it is generally judged whether the burrs can be cleaned by whether they are transparent or not.
In the process of rough edge treatment, we should select the size of sand according to the structural characteristics of the product, such as the size of the trough and the blade strength of the product. Otherwise, it will cause sand particles to get stuck in the wire slot and block the copper wire, or get stuck in the pin hole and affect the working procedure of the next pin. Try not to carry out burrs after inserting pins, otherwise the verticality of pins will be affected.
For plastic products, only through manual processing. SMD bakelite products can be processed by a tunnel burr machine first, and then the burrs adhered to the terminals can be manually removed.
③ pin
PIN insertion, also called pin planting, is mainly to make the reel-type wire pass through the whole wire jig, the dotting jig and the main jig of the cutting die of the needle inserting machine. At the same time, the product is sent to the bottom seat by the feeding rod from the runway, and the bottom seat moves upwards through the needle inserting machine device to cooperate with the cutting die. The cut-off stitch will be inserted into the corresponding pinhole of the product at this time. In this process, the pulling (pushing) force of stitches can be increased by adjusting the dotting jig, and the cutting die can be adjusted to meet the needs of customers for stitch length. In the whole process, if there is a problem in a certain detail, there will be a series of quality problems, such as needle bending (not straightened, curved), needle scratching and copper exposure, dot exposure, insufficient pulling (pushing), foot length change, less needles, breakage, crack or cracked foot, etc. Therefore, the whole process of inserting needles is also very important.
