1. The transformer can be stably installed in place. It can be directly thrown into the transformer room with a truck crane, or a temporary track can be set up with a road timber, and it can be hoisted to the temporary track by three steps and a chain hoist, and then pulled into a suitable position indoors with a chain hoist. When the transformer is in place, it should be noted that its orientation and distance from the wall are consistent with the drawing, with an allowable error of 25 mm. If the drawing is not marked, it should be placed longitudinally according to the track, and the distance from the wall and the door should not be less than 800 mm.
Installation of transformer skeleton bench: the transformer is installed on the double-pole column, and the root opening of the two poles is 2m. The bench of distribution transformer is fixed on two poles with two or four channel steels, the height of the bench from the ground is not less than 25m, and the plane slope of the bench is not more than 1/100. The waist rail should be wound with iron wire with a diameter of not less than 4mm for more than two times, and the winding should be tight, with the waist rail not less than 0.2m away from the live part. At the same time, the transformer high-voltage column head is equipped with dust cover, and the transformer is hung with warning board.
2. Installation of Drop Fuses Fuses should be installed on the high and low voltage sides of the transformer. The vertical height of the bottom of the high-voltage side fuse to the ground is not less than 4.5m, and the horizontal distance of each phase fuse should not be less than 0.5m. In order to facilitate the operation and the fuse tube can fall down smoothly after the fuse is blown out, the axis of the drop fuse should make an inclination angle of 15 ~ 30 with the vertical line. The vertical distance from the bottom of the low-voltage side fuse to the ground is not less than 3.5m, and the horizontal distance of each phase fuse is not less than 0.2m.
The fuse of drop-off fuse shall be selected according to the principle of "ensuring the quick fuse in the distribution transformer or in case of short circuit of high and low voltage outlet bushings", and the fuse fusing time shall be less than or equal to 0.1s. According to the regulations, if the capacity is 100kVA or less, the rated current of fuse on high voltage side shall be selected according to 2 ~ 3 times of the rated current of transformer capacity; If the capacity is above 100kVA, the rated current of fuse on high voltage side shall be 1.5 ~ 2 times of the rated current of transformer capacity. Fuses on low voltage side of transformer skeleton shall be selected according to rated current on low voltage side.
3. The installation and operation experience of lightning arresters proves that most of the external hazards affecting the safe operation of distribution transformers come from lightning accidents. Therefore, the transformer should be equipped with lightning protection devices. The metal oxide arrester with non-gap synthetic insulation jacket is used in our bureau to replace the original valve-type porcelain jacket arrester, which has strong power frequency voltage tolerance, good sealing performance and stable protection characteristics. Lightning arrester should be installed between fuse and transformer, and be as close as possible to transformer.
